Terms for Returns/Exchanges of Non-Defective Goods
Article 9. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", the consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one if the product did not satisfy them in terms of:
- shape,
- dimensions,
- style,
- color,
- size or other reasons that make it impossible to use as intended.
Exchange is possible within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase), provided that:
- the product is new and has not been used;
- its merchantable appearance, consumer properties, seals, and labels are preserved;
- a payment document (receipt or invoice) is presented.
Terms for Returns/Exchanges of Defective Goods
Article 8. In case of detecting product defects within the established warranty period, the consumer has the right to:
- request free repair within a reasonable time;
- exchange the product for a similar one without defects;
- request a price reduction or a refund.
Claims may be rejected if the seller proves that the defects arose from the consumer's violation of usage or storage rules. The consumer has the right to participate in the product quality inspection personally or through a representative.

- Refunds: Funds are returned within 7 days after we receive the product.
